7. Smoking

Smoking is a key cause of accelerated ageing and, in general, a poor habit. It produces wrinkles, fine lines, dull skin, and discolouration, among other things. Who has that kind of time?!

Smoking also promotes dehydration, which leads to dryness and collagen breakdown. So, if you want to have healthy skin, this is a must-avoid bad habit damaging your skin.
